A private class gives you individual training time focused on your goals. A group class brings you together with other students. Different age groups and experience levels are available; the team can help you find a fit.

Yes. Coach Arturo speaks English and Spanish and welcomes both local residents and visitors from other countries.

No. Your first private class costs $400 MXN, or $150 MXN for a first group class. Discuss packages with the team afterward.

Yes. Ask about a session during your stay. You do not need to choose a package before your first class. Let the team know your dates and whether you prefer private or group training.

Yes, from age 6. Age groups are 6–10, 11–13, and 14–18. Youth Boxing runs at 17:00 for ages 6+; Amateur Boxing at 18:00 for ages 13+. Confirm the right class with the team based on age and experience.

No. You can train to learn boxing, build technique, or work on fitness. If you are interested in competition, talk with Coach Arturo about your goals.

Check with your coach before the session about its content and any contact exercises. Share your experience and the kind of training you are looking for.

Comfortable sportswear, athletic shoes, boxing wraps, a small towel, and water. Beginners can borrow gloves to get started while buying their own; confirm availability when booking. Personal gloves are encouraged for hygiene and as part of your training discipline.

Private and group classes both last 60 minutes.

Yes. The women-only group trains at 19:00, Monday–Friday. Mixed groups are also available.

Confirm the schedule before visiting: hours may change. Sundays have no group classes; private lessons are available by appointment only. Holidays follow the usual schedule, subject to confirmation.

Cash, SPEI bank transfer, credit or debit card, and payment link. Arrange payment with the gym; this website does not take online payments.
